What We Provide:

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Supervisor:
- Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor and lead a group of skilled technicians to enhance the efficiency and reliability of automated conveyor systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Enhance System Performance: Establish and improve preventive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.
- Expert Troubleshooting: Swiftly identify and rectify equipment malfunctions to reduce operational interruptions.
- Promote Innovation: Spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, reliability, and overall system functionality.
- Collaborate for Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute capital projects and optimize operational processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in automated distribution centers, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams within a large-scale warehousing environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automated conveyor systems and sortation equipment, along with expertise in barcode scanner and print-and-apply machine configuration.
- Strong grasp of automated conveyor systems and controls.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Aptitude for managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Physical capability to perform tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to various distribution centers.
- Flexibility to work any shift and be available for emergency calls.
