What We Provide:

  • Attractive salary range: $76,000 - $91,000/year plus bonuses to recognize your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities as a Maintenance Supervisor:

  • Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor and lead a group of skilled technicians to enhance the efficiency and reliability of automated conveyor systems, both on-site and remotely.
  • Enhance System Performance: Establish and improve preventive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime and prolong equipment lifespan.

  • Promote Innovation: Spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, reliability, and overall system functionality.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work alongside cross-functional teams to execute capital projects and optimize operational processes.
Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering with a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in automated distribution centers, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams within a large-scale warehousing environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automated conveyor systems and sortation equipment, along with expertise in barcode scanner and print-and-apply machine configuration.
  • Strong grasp of automated conveyor systems and controls.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen Bradley preferred).
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Aptitude for managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to various distribution centers.
  • Flexibility to work any shift and be available for emergency calls.
