Propósito del Trabajo

El Líder de Operaciones de Manufactura será responsable de guiar equipos de producción en la fabricación de productos de medios fotográficos digitales de alta calidad. Funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar que el equipo se opere y mantenga de acuerdo con los estándares de seguridad y productividad.
  • Garantizar que se alcancen, mantengan, monitoreen y documenten los estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinar, dirigir y evaluar las actividades del personal de supervisión de producción.
  • Desarrollar indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) en apoyo a los objetivos y metas de la empresa/departamento.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento en relación con los KPI y tomar medidas para corregir o abordar resultados fuera de objetivo.
  • Implementar y desarrollar una capacitación sólida en calidad y seguridad en toda el área de producción.
  • Registrar, informar y analizar el rendimiento en términos de seguridad, calidad y productividad.
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes de mejora para la eficiencia, calidad, seguridad y costos.
  • Asegurar que se cumplan las demandas de producción y los pedidos de los clientes.
  • Garantizar que se capturen, monitoreen y mantengan datos precisos sobre procesos, producción e inventario.
  • Proporcionar información y perspectivas a la dirección sobre el progreso de las actividades de producción, incluyendo el seguimiento de quejas/acciones correctivas.
  • Responsable de gestionar, capacitar, motivar, evaluar y desarrollar a los asociados.
  • Comunicar y colaborar con otros departamentos dentro de la instalación.

Calificaciones

  • Título universitario requerido (preferiblemente en Ciencias, Tecnología o Ingeniería).
  • 5 o más años de experiencia en gestión de manufactura.
  • Experiencia en el uso de un sistema ERP para el seguimiento de la producción.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar cambios y motivar a las personas.
  • La experiencia en gestión debe provenir de un entorno de manufactura.
  • Habilidades y experiencia en Microsoft Office requeridas.
  • Experiencia demostrada en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de Procedimientos Operativos Estándar en un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad/Medio Ambiente ISO9001/14001 preferido.
  • Experiencia en un entorno de equipos de manufactura robóticos/automatizados preferido.
  • Experiencia con equipos de producción conectados/monitoreados por IIoT preferido.

Responsabilidades de Supervisión

Este puesto supervisa los Departamentos de Conversión y Empaque.

Demandas Físicas

  • Capacidad para estar de pie/caminar durante 8 horas.
  • Capacidad para empujar/tirar/levantar al menos 45 lbs. individualmente y 50 lbs. con la ayuda de un compañero.
  • Capacidad para usar, manejar y manipular artículos y materiales, incluidos materiales peligrosos, con el equipo/herramientas de manejo de materiales adecuados.

El rango salarial para este puesto es de $95,000 a $120,000 por año. Este rango es una estimación, y el salario real puede variar según la experiencia, habilidades y calificaciones del candidato.
