We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Strategic Development to join our team at Analog Devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy development, corporate growth, and innovation. They will be responsible for working across the organization to provide expert guidance, build alignment between corporate, technology, and business unit level strategies, and ensure we are achieving the most important goals of our CEO and senior leadership team.
The Senior Manager will report into ADI's Sr Director of Strategy & Corporate Development and interface with key executive and other stakeholders across the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support enterprise-wide strategy development and implementation
- Lead and monitor high-impact strategic initiatives
- Help define organic and inorganic growth strategies
- Work across the organization to provide expert guidance and build alignment between corporate, technology, and business unit level strategies
- Ensure we are achieving the most important goals of our CEO and senior leadership team
