About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead our product development team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems and products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in mechanical design and engineering
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • ~3D CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred)
  • ~ Experience with a range of manufacturing processes is a plus (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
  • ~ Experience designing biomedical products or industrial automation a plus
