At South Oxford Management, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage a team of professionals to provide exceptional service to residents and future residents
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including financial management, leasing, and customer service
* Develop and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the community is well-maintained and meets our high standards
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our operations

**Requirements:**

* 3+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on community management
* Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
