Lifelancer is seeking a highly skilled International and Membership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage international activity and services, including current member engagement, new member targeting, and acquisition, member communication, and service delivery.
  • Maintain a global database of prospective leads, including boarding schools and safeguarding health and inclusion professionals, building contacts within member and target schools and other organizations.
  • Manage UK new member targeting and acquisition.
  • Primary responsibility for managing lead generation activities across the BSAG, working with association directors as appropriate.
  • Manage the registration and onboarding of members from first enquiry until full membership.
  • Work with directors to produce and maintain the necessary information brochures for membership.
  • Support the process of moving affiliate BSA members to full.
  • Liaise with business support to support the collection of subscriptions and chase non-payment.
  • Report at least monthly membership status. Produce reports and research on membership (including engagement activity by geography, type of school, etc.) to support membership development.
  • Support association directors in achieving membership targets.
Requirements

  • Provide support for the delivery of any BSA Group services and as requested by the CEO and DCEO/COO as required.
