About the Role

FusionWorks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Service Manager to lead our healthcare operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive nursing strategies to drive quality patient care and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: Graduation as a certified nursing professional with at least three years of professional experience and state recognition as a responsible nursing professional.
  • Skills: High social competence, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong team player personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
