Join us at Ted's Bulletin as a Chef and Restaurant Operations Director As a senior leader in our organization, you will be responsible for driving excellence in our kitchens and developing our culinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in menu development, and recipe creation
  • Responsible for proper food storage and food quality standards including consistency and presentation
  • Evaluate guest feedback and ratings with GM and follow up with culinary team to ensure issues are resolved

Requirements:College Degree or certification in culinary field preferred

2+ years in kitchen management roleProven ability to hire, train and lead a diverse workforce

We offer a competitive salary: $$$110,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, paid time off, paid holidays, employee shift meal, employee dining discount across all brands, health savings account, employer-paid life insurance and long-term disability insurance, short term disability insurance, and employee assistance program.
