We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality to lead our restaurant operations as an Executive Chef & Restaurant Operations Manager. With significant growth on the horizon, we are looking for someone who embodies our vision of a world-class dining experience and is ready to take our business to the next level.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of a renowned restaurant. As Executive Chef & Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate shift schedules, supervise staff, and manage inventory levels to ensure high-quality goods at reasonable costs. Additionally, you will develop strategies to increase business growth through effective marketing and community engagement initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer concerns
  • Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring that the business is properly staffed at all times
  • Track schedules and timecards for hourly FOH employees
  • Hire and train staff as needed, ensuring a steady talent pipeline while evaluating performance and providing feedback to ensure their growth
  • Manage the beverage program, ensuring high-quality goods at a reasonable cost
  • Manage ordering needs as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Track inventory for all beverages
  • Develop strategies for increasing business growth, such as promoting the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events, and implement initiatives to reach a broader audience.
