We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef Manager to join our team at Capital Restaurant Resources. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that we deliver exceptional dining experiences to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. You will be responsible for directing our kitchen staff in food handling practices, food preparation, and delivery. This includes inventories, labor costs, and quality control measures to ensure that we meet the highest standards of performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership skills: We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire our team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Culinary expertise: You should have a strong understanding of American cuisine and the ability to create menus that delight our clients.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
