Key Responsibilities:
- Devote a significant portion of your workweek to engaging with assigned accounts and conducting on-site sales visits.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients through our sales system.
- Independently manage, service, and maintain client account commitments.
- Strategically plan sales initiatives to meet merchandising goals by analyzing company pricing and product information on a monthly basis.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and retention objectives.
- Implement monthly and special sales campaigns.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new product placements within existing and prospective accounts.
- Utilize Point of Sale materials effectively to encourage impulse purchases and product usage.
- Maintain a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work as required.
- Compensation starts at $16 per hour, depending on experience.
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow instructions with a keen attention to detail.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and positively represent the company.
- Possess a valid Driver's License, required vehicle liability insurance, and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Exhibit exceptional presentation and persuasive sales skills.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
