Your primary focus will be on educating and partnering with producers in Utah and Southern Idaho to grow HMA's book of business. You will demonstrate knowledge and expertise regarding self-insured funding options, develop producer relationships, and strategically manage your territory to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent HMA by selling all lines of HMA business, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and various solution products and programs.
  • Educate and partner with producers in Utah and Southern Idaho to grow HMA's book of business.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise regarding self-insured funding options.
  • Develop producer relationships and strategically manage your territory to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience required.
  • 5+ years in employee benefits required.
  • A proven record of accomplishment achieving sales goals and transitioning accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan to win business, including maintaining a top prospect list and sales pipeline.
  • Detailed understanding of complexities with ability to communicate and negotiate all areas related to the sales functions.
