Enterprise Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Syringa Networks LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our array of enterprise products and solutions to a large universe of SMB prospects and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Sales Strategy: Develop and manage an accountable sales strategy for existing and new customer accounts.
- Identify and Approach Prospects: Identify and approach prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Analyze and Prioritize Accounts: Analyze, assess, and prioritize the territory for qualified accounts and opportunities that provide the highest margin and fit for Syringa Networks solutions.
- Presentation and Sales: Present products through formal and informal presentations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop customer relationships that enhance the customer experience.
- Logistical Communication: Communicate logistical aspects relevant to the customers' orders.
- Sales Goals and Reporting: Accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain accurate and timely weekly activity reports and monthly sales reports (Sales Funnel).
- Market and Competition Knowledge: Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and markets for Syringa Networks products.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience: Proven ability to sell voice, IT, and network-based solutions on both a domestic and global scene.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong IT/Network Administrator user applications knowledge and business skills.
- Organizational Skills: Organizational skills to manage many complex decision-making processes needs assessments, and varying sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and influencers.
- Customer-Centric: Customer-centric sense of urgency - quick and knowledgeable responses to immediate requests for quotes, installation updates, and service including general questions regarding billing, contracts, and account-related issues.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts into understandable, customer-friendly language.
- Business Knowledge: Knowledge of IT and C-Level buying processes and procedures. Knowledge of Enterprise IT business drivers both financially and technically.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Proven experience in driving Voice, IT, and network-based sales and revenue growth.
- Advanced Skills: Advanced if not expert knowledge of sales strategies, customer service, and relationship-building skills as well as oral and written communication skills. Advanced presentation skills utilizing the latest technology.
- Initiative and Accountability: A high degree of initiative and accountability with a strong proficiency in producing notable results with little to no oversight.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with PC-based applications such as Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, and Excel.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Must have five to ten years' experience in IT or telecommunications outside sales experience. 3-5 years of outside sales/business development experience in telecommunications. Working with large, complex accounts requiring application development and technical design.
