At Lucid Software, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to lead the strategic business growth for new and existing customers across the California Bay Area market.

This role requires a sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, particularly in the competitive Bay Area market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience in tech/SaaS, with a focus on enterprise software and complex sales cycles.

The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and closing business opportunities in their assigned territory, building strong relationships with target accounts, and fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation within the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and closing business opportunities in the California Bay Area market
  • Building a territory plan with equal focus on expansion, growth, and net new opportunities
  • Fostering strong relationships across all target accounts and building new champions through strategic prospecting efforts
  • Handling complex negotiations and strengthening customer relationships
  • Consulting and advising large, strategic customers on enterprise-wide deployments
  • Working closely with and providing mentorship to assigned development reps

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and the ability to project manage complex sales cycles with internal stakeholders.
