Position Overview: The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in connecting our business with its clientele. This position involves engaging with customers to ensure they receive the right products and services tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer satisfaction by effectively selling products and addressing customer requirements.
  • Manage existing accounts, secure orders, and develop new accounts through strategic planning and organization of daily schedules.
  • Customize sales presentations based on the specific characteristics of sales outlets or trade factors.
  • Direct sales efforts by analyzing the current and potential volume of dealers.
  • Process orders by consulting price lists and product information.
  • Keep management updated by submitting reports on activities and results, including daily call logs and territory analyses.
  • Stay informed about market trends by gathering competitive intelligence on pricing, products, and merchandising techniques.
  • Advise on product, service, and policy enhancements by assessing outcomes and competitive movements.
  • Address customer grievances by investigating issues, formulating solutions, and providing recommendations to management.
  • Enhance professional knowledge by participating in educational workshops and engaging with industry publications.
  • Maintain historical sales records for the assigned area and clientele.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related results as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Three to five years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficiency in office software and communication systems.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and close deals effectively.
  • Experience in territory management and prospecting.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong understanding of product knowledge.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Driven by a passion for sales.
