Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in the showroom with professionalism and provide assistance to facilitate auto sales.
- Uphold dealership standards and policies to ensure superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process.
- Organize test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with courtesy and professionalism.
- Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
- Establish rapport with potential customers by utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills during their vehicle selection process.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Preferred experience as a sales associate within an automotive dealership environment.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is considered an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for addressing customer needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a plus.
- Computer literacy is necessary.
Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
