Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in the showroom with professionalism and provide assistance to facilitate auto sales.
  • Uphold dealership standards and policies to ensure superb customer satisfaction throughout the sales and negotiation process.
  • Organize test drives, demonstrations, and presentations with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Drive current and future auto sales by maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database.
  • Establish rapport with potential customers by utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills during their vehicle selection process.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Preferred experience as a sales associate within an automotive dealership environment.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, time management, and communication skills are essential for addressing customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with VinSolutions CRM is a plus.
  • Computer literacy is necessary.

Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
