ANINE BING is in search of a Fashion Sales Consultant/Stylist to enhance our retail presence.
The Fashion Sales Consultant, referred to as Stylist, serves as the primary representative for ANINE BING. This role involves collaborating with an in-store sales team to boost revenue through personalized customer engagement and tailored service experiences.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about nurturing customer relationships and is passionate about working collaboratively with a dynamic team to achieve and surpass sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to customers, both in-store and through digital platforms.
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
- Enhance fashion and product knowledge to refine styling skills.
- Foster enduring relationships with clients and drive sales through proactive outreach.
- Comfortable selling both in-person and through digital channels.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, online order fulfillment, and visual merchandising.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in fashion, styling, or retail sales.
- Background in personal styling and a results-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a client portfolio.
- Positive and engaging demeanor in the workplace.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capability to provide valuable feedback regarding clientele and product offerings.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and retail holidays.
