Responsibilities:
As a Life Enrichment Assistant, your role will encompass:

1. Designing, facilitating, and leading engaging activities for residents in collaboration with the Life Enrichment Director(s).

2. Assisting in the organization of community-wide events, including themed celebrations, holiday festivities, and guest speaker engagements.

3. Developing innovative enrichment programs and activities that uphold our commitment to providing high-quality experiences for residents.

4. Participating in a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, outings, shopping excursions, sports events, card games, exercise sessions, puzzles, movie nights, and much more.

5. Maintaining a professional demeanor and a compassionate approach towards residents.

Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:
- A caring and compassionate disposition.

- Previous experience working with seniors in assisted living or a related field is preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational abilities.

- Proficiency in using computers, televisions, applications, and other electronic devices.

- A background in music, arts, or event planning for seniors is highly advantageous.
