ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a proactive individual to oversee UpClear's internal operations as we expand and explore new opportunities. In the role of Operations Manager, you will play a vital part in supporting the core growth capabilities of the organization by implementing and enhancing essential processes and systems, including communication, collaboration, employee onboarding, and productivity. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Management to establish and reinforce processes that empower the team to perform at their best with minimal obstacles.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Systems Management: Oversee operational system configurations, migrations, and training; research and recommend systems to improve collaboration and efficiency (CRM, Project Management, SharePoint, Office 365, etc.).
- Standards Development: Create and maintain global IT and operational standards and processes to meet client requirements.
- Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, town hall meetings, and website updates.
- Human Resources Support: Assist with the onboarding process and evaluate team needs in collaboration with the CEO and management team.
- Vendor Management: Ensure timely, efficient, and high-value procurement of materials, supplies, and services on a global scale.
- Office Management: Handle various ad-hoc office management tasks, including general office coordination and liaising with external service providers.
QUALIFICATIONS
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 2-5 years of experience in an Operations or Management role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A 'tech-savvy' mindset with the ability to understand and configure systems and software tools.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to engage at all levels in a multicultural environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build consensus and lead.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the tech/start-up sector is advantageous.
