Flight Coordinator Role

Trans-Exec Air Service, a leading private jet charter company, is seeking a skilled Flight Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating aircraft logistics and ensuring exceptional customer service for our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate aircraft movements to ensure smooth flight operations and optimal use of resources.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless coordination and execution of flight operations.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
  • Capable of legally working in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferably in a field related to aviation or logistics.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable FAA 91 & 135 regulations and industry standards.
  • FAA dispatcher license and/or FAA pilot's license, with experience in aircraft operations and management.
  • International aviation operations experience, with knowledge of global regulations and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits:

$30-$40 per hour, DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
