Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Manage tasks and generate reports as needed
- Assist with shipping and receiving
- Send out reminders and notifications
- Navigate business analytics tools
- Send out activity reports
- Check compliance metrics
- Understand business performance metrics
- Follow up on open tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Review individual goals and progress
- Inventory management and tracking
- Local business meetings and townhalls
- Work with teams to schedule activities
- Ensure licenses and certifications are up to date
- Associate's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus experience supporting operations teams
- Demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients
- Ability to simultaneously handle a diverse number of tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence
- Able to prioritize work activities based on financial impact to desired business goals
- Able to influence diverse teams to accomplish tasks/goals
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint application usage
