Client Service Specialist

As a key member of our team, the Client Service Specialist plays a vital role in managing incoming inquiries from agents and office personnel associated with Globe Life. This position involves providing comprehensive responses to questions about company policies, procedures, and product details.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming communications from agents regarding company guidelines, underwriting criteria, claims processes, and product offerings.
  2. Respond to assigned emails from the Agency Service general inbox and assist with agent inquiries.
  3. Conduct thorough research to resolve agent queries and communicate findings effectively.
  4. Ensure all necessary documentation and system updates are completed accurately.
  5. Meet departmental performance metrics for call handling and response times.
  6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  7. Utilize computer systems and telecommunication tools extensively.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Analytical reasoning skills to interpret information and draw logical conclusions.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Basic mathematical skills and familiarity with medical terminology are advantageous.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are expected.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with some college education preferred. A minimum of one year of office experience is necessary, ideally within a telecommunications or insurance environment.
