The Blue Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day operations, manage office tasks, handle communications, and support the efficient functioning of the department. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, collaborative attitude are key.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed.
* Assist in project management by organizing files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Handle office supply inventory, ordering, and maintenance of office equipment.
* Assist in the preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, and other documents.
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
* Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
