Job Title: Business Development Manager

Description:

Melink Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* 4+ years of experience in sales and business development
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
