Job Title: Business Development Manager - Luxury Real Estate
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a new team of 6 BDRs through training and executing a structured sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a growth-focused business strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Implement and maintain structured sales processes, onboarding programs, and continuous sales training, including creating and iterating on BDR playbooks.
- Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to ensure they align with corporate objectives, and set and monitor KPIs for BDRs focused on consultations booked and held.
- Oversee a team of BDRs, providing continuous feedback, training, and support, and act as a strong motivator and developer of talent.
- Promote the company's products or services, maintain positive professional relationships with prospects and clients, and respond to important inquiries.
- Implement and manage CRM tools, particularly Salesforce (SFDC), and manage compensation plans to align with business objectives and drive performance.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Sales/Business Development Management Experience
- Proven Record of Sales Growth
- Experience in a Real Estate, Property Technology, or High-End/Luxury corporate sales market
- Experience building out and implementing training modules and playbooks
- CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce
- A drive to lead and succeed - Bachelor's Degree
