Transform Opportunity into Action

As an Account Executive, Direct Sales, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and expanding existing ones within a designated geographic territory or product line. Your primary goal will be to build strong customer relationships and ensure a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement market, business unit, or product line business plans to capitalize on current and future market trends or achieve operational efficiencies.
  • Work closely with senior management on a wide range of critical issues.
  • Identify product strategies for Dell's approach to various customers and industries.
  • Conduct competitor assessments and evolution of profit pools.
Requirements:
  • Experience selling technology solutions.
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems.
  • Good communication, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to provide insight to senior management.
  • Basic knowledge of contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management.
  • 0-2 years of outside sales experience.
Desirable Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
Compensation:

The Total Target Compensation (TTC) range for this position is $133,450 - $172,700 (includes base salary and commissions with a 60/40 split).
