About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Generate retail sales by utilizing your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to meet our customers' needs.
    • Build customer connections by asking the right questions to uncover individual needs and preferences.
    • Offer a complete top-down sales solution to provide product insights and solution recommendations.
    • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Merchandising and Operations
    • Assist with merchandising and operational functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Support other Verizon stores within close proximity based on business needs.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Attend to retail customers to sell products and resolve customer issues.
    • Consistently provide all customers with the best OMNI experience.
    • Leverage and utilize digital tools to simplify the customer experience, drive touchless and self-service tools.
    • Drive growth and revenue through new accounts and value-added services.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • One or more years of work experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital tools.
