Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring their complete satisfaction with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service consistent with HomeTeam Pest Defense service standards and metrics
- Provide information to prospective customers, initiate new service, and properly set up customer accounts
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Escalate appropriate inquiries or problems to managers
- Talk to, calm down, and diffuse customers
