Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing company to identify an experienced Office Manager who can fill the opening on their team.

Overview of the Office Manager Role:
The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic team of professionals in a mid-size office, providing consistent support and evaluation of team performance.
Key responsibilities include creating and implementing process efficiency for greater client experience, coordinating with leadership to ensure updated company compliance, and pulling inventory and reporting for reconciliation.
Preferred Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of office management experience, preferably in healthcare or finance.
Advanced Microsoft Suite skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills are also essential.
Salary: $58,000 - $62,000 per year.
