- Administrative Support: Assist with office processes and paperwork, including merging documents and preparing finished/final documents using Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Spreadsheet Management: Create and maintain spreadsheets for tracking, organizing, and reporting office or work activities, including recognizing and replicating formulas in Excel.
- Communication: Answer phones and provide directions to office visitors, demonstrating effective communication skills for phone and in-person interactions.
- Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
- Document Scanning and Management: Experience with bulk document scanning and management.
