POSITION OVERVIEW
Membership Consultants are vital to the organization's success by:
1) Surpassing sales objectives and advocating for additional services
2) Improving member satisfaction through guidance on wellness programs
3) Delivering outstanding service and nurturing a sense of community within the facility
Key Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals by transforming inquiries into appointments and finalizing sales
- Execute the sales process proficiently, from identifying needs to closing the transaction
- Generate leads through diverse channels and manage prospect information effectively
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitors to enhance club performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and address member inquiries promptly
- Establish relationships with members to enrich their club experience
- Proactively resolve member concerns to guarantee satisfaction
- Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its offerings to provide precise information
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide support across various departments
- Maintain awareness of club services and policies
- Participate in meetings and offer feedback for business enhancement
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time role with varied hours, including weekends and evenings for events and promotions.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with the Fitness Industry
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Outstanding customer service and organizational capabilities
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach
- Commitment to work schedules
- Completion of company HR training programs
- Ability to lift 45 pounds
- Typing and operating computer equipment
- Frequent movement and standing
