Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AT&T Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Educate customers on the benefits of our services and sales promotions, and identify new sales opportunities by generating client leads.
- Sales and Account Management: Upsell services, transition leads into actual sales, and properly manage assigned territories to increase sales margins.
- Business Development: Assist management and sales in developing customized packages and program renewals for assigned customers, and understand the program needs of our clients to meet or exceed program goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Acquire extensive industry sales skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services.
Qualifications
- Customer Service or Sales Background: Strong customer service or sales representative background and experience with relationship building.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for this role.
