An Outside Sales Representative role with FASTSIGNS allows you to collaborate with diverse industries, providing impactful solutions tailored to their needs. Your daily activities will include meeting clients to evaluate their requirements, prospecting for new opportunities, networking, and nurturing customer relationships. You will be selling a dynamic range of products that evolve based on client preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Formulate an annual sales strategy in conjunction with the Franchisee or Center Manager, outlining the activities aimed at achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  2. Engage in meaningful business discussions with decision-makers and business owners.
  3. Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend products and services that align with client needs and Brand Standards.
  4. Build and maintain a database of qualified leads through various methods including referrals, cold calling, direct mail, and networking.
  5. Follow up on leads and referrals generated from marketing and field activities.
  6. Keep precise records of all sales and prospecting efforts, including calls, presentations, and follow-ups, using a Contact Management system to optimize territory performance.
  7. Implement effective follow-up procedures for estimates.
  8. Prepare reports detailing activities, sales closures, follow-ups, and goal adherence for weekly sales meetings.
  9. Foster strong relationships with all support departments.
  10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Working Environment

  1. The working conditions are typical for an office and light manufacturing setting, reporting to the Franchisee or Center Manager.
  2. This role may require occasional travel, including overnight stays, as well as weekend and evening work.

Compensation: In addition to a base hourly wage, this position offers commission opportunities based on sales performance.
