Sales and Business Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team at Z Suite LLC. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional to leverage their skills in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business leads, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with existing clients. Your primary objective will be to increase our national reach and contribute significantly to our customer acquisition goals.
With a high volume of inbound prospect calls to manage, you will need to be confident in your ability to present HomployeeHub with genuine enthusiasm and determine the best experience fit for customers' needs. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will enable you to close deals effectively and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also support our marketing efforts by collaborating with paid media partners and attending periodic sales training sessions. This is a 100% remote role with bonus-based incentives, offering the flexibility and autonomy you need to thrive.
