Business Development Manager

As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. Based in Chicago, this role involves managing a sales team and establishing relationships with distribution partners, direct accounts, and national accounts.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have a track record of success in direct and indirect specification sales, with experience selling through 3rd parties and to key accounts. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required, with an MBA preferred. The successful candidate will be skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and financial objectives
- Establish and maintain key relationships with distribution partners, direct accounts, and national accounts
- Provide market insight and intelligence to support business decision-making
- Contribute to sales strategy and execution discussions as a member of the sales leadership team
This is a competitive role with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus annual sales incentives.
