As a remote opportunity based in the Greater Minneapolis, MN or Salt Lake City, UT area, this role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing distributors and driving sales revenue.

   Key Responsibilities
   - Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans with distribution partners to expand sales opportunities and achieve profitable growth
   - Foster strong relationships with distributors, resolving open issues and concerns while ensuring new product introductions meet desired revenue goals
   - Conduct sales meetings, DSR training, and support local and national distribution programs
   - Utilize consultative selling skills, persuasive abilities, and analytical thinking to drive sales and resolve customer needs

   Requirements and Qualifications
   - Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the foodservice industry, preferably with distributor management experience
   - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, culinary school, foodservice management, or a related field
   - Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills
   - Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
