Public Sector Business Development Manager

Job Description
">We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our efforts in pursuing opportunities within the public sector team as we continue to grow our SLED Oracle OCI market share. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both public sector processes and cloud computing solutions with OCI Lift and Shift capabilities.

- Drive business growth through the sale of cloud-based solutions to public sector clients.">
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share in the SLED sector.">
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including public sector decision-makers and Oracle product teams.">
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identify opportunities to leverage these trends to drive business growth.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cloud technologies, 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in business development or sales roles, focused on cloud technologies, 2+ years selling to public sector clients with a strong understanding of the processes, knowledge of the SLED marketplace, with an emphasis on one or more specific agencies, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
">Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
