About the Role

Crothall Healthcare, a leading provider of specialized support services to the healthcare industry, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Operations to lead our Environmental Services team. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, building strong client relationships, and achieving financial goals in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of Directors, Managers, and their teams to provide top-notch service and achieve operational and financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to share best practices, mitigate risks, and champion diversity and inclusion.
  • Own all accounts within assigned territory, ensuring input from key partners and making decisions grounded in risk-reward and short-term implications.
  • Support the Regional Vice President in setting the cultural tone in the region, ensuring transparency, understanding, safety, accountability, and alignment.
  • Represent the team as a brand ambassador to senior clients in the territory and act as an escalation point.
  • Work with regional team members to ensure a smooth Sales and Retention process for all accounts.
  • Collaborate with key partners to support regional initiatives and champion development within the region.
  • Own the financial results and P&L for assigned territory, working with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Ensure consistent and fair administration of all policies and procedures.
  • Recognize and anticipate marketplace trends, participating in regional strategic planning meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years of progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice, hospitality management, plant operations management, environmental services, laundry distribution, or other Support Services areas in lieu of degree.
  • Strong background in senior leadership roles with exposure to contract/budget management, customer service, people development, environmental services, negotiations, etc.
  • Proven track record of growing a business and leading teams, with strong financial acumen.
  • Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately.
  • Expert client relationship, influencing, listening, and communications (written and verbal) skills.
  • Champions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, flexible, and resilient.
  • Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite.
  • Extensive travel required in this position.
