Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of all venue operations, including event planning, staffing, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standard.
  • Manage and train a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control budgets to ensure that all financial targets are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our venue remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
