Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Medical Director to lead our clinical operations in the designated market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical strategies, policies, and programs that drive improved patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of care management services within the market, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and compliant patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies, policies, and programs to improve patient health outcomes and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with health plans, providers, and other organizations to represent Monogram Health as a clinical leader and expert.
  • Optimize patient health outcomes and total performance against health plan contracts.
  • Lead the clinical elements of day-to-day care management operations within the market.
  • Meet clinical metrics and goals for delivering improved health outcomes at a lower total cost of care.
Requirements
  • MD (Medical Doctor) or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Active, unrestricted state medical license in respective state with willingness to obtain licenses within the designated market.
  • Board certified ABMS.
  • 2+ years of clinical practice in nephrology, including care for both CKD and ESRD patients (working for a dialysis provider or overseeing a dialysis unit preferred).
