JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Regional Operations Manager will be tasked with supervising and directing the activities of several locations within a specified region.

This position is essential in guaranteeing that all sites within the region achieve and surpass customer service standards, operational benchmarks, and financial goals.


Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage multiple locations within the assigned region
• Ensure all locations are staffed with skilled and well-trained personnel who provide outstanding customer service
• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in service quality and operational effectiveness
• Conduct regular evaluations of location operations to ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives to boost customer engagement and revenue growth
• Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff to foster a positive workplace culture and encourage employee development
• Monitor and assess financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and create strategies to increase profitability
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to the industry

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in a regional management or multi-unit management role within the automotive sector or a related industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Proven success in meeting revenue targets and operational goals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and formulate action plans for performance improvement
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the industry
• Willingness to travel within the region and occasionally beyond as required
