Position Overview:
As a key member of Humana's team, the Senior Medicaid Education Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the provider experience within our Medicaid segment. This position focuses on the development and maintenance of educational resources tailored for our providers.

Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine provider education materials to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our Medicaid markets.
- Conduct annual reviews of training content to align with new state contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative educational materials that support internal processes and market needs.
- Facilitate regular discussions with project teams to identify provider training requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
- Assist team members in the review and quality assurance of educational documents, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Qualifications:
- Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing educational content for providers or similar resources.
- At least 2 years of experience managing mid-sized projects.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and educational software.
- Proven ability to apply learning design principles to create engaging and accessible training materials.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Remote Work Requirements:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps is required.
- A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of Medicaid policies and operations, including provider relations and claims processes.

Additional Information:
- This position may require occasional travel, up to 5%.
- The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
