Quick Lube Specialist Duties

Monitor and communicate oil levels to team members

Ensure proper tire pressure

Inspect and replenish fluid levels as needed

Conduct vehicle inspections

Install new oil drain plugs and filters

Clean and lubricate fittings as required

Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing the customer's perspective.

Service Technician Duties

Execute tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in line with dealership standards.

Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.

Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of any additional services required. Provide time estimates for further repairs.

Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

Prior experience in an automotive dealership

Strong understanding of service operations

Experience levels vary by position

High school diploma or equivalent

Manual dexterity, requiring steady hands and excellent hand-eye coordination

Mechanical and troubleshooting abilities

Outstanding customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer-focused mindset

Enjoy working in a dynamic environment

Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills

Able to learn new technologies, repair methods, and specifications

Capable of operating electronic diagnostic tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
