Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Computer User Support Specialist to join our team at Powder River Industries, LLC. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for PC server, mainframe applications, and hardware.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for PC server, mainframe applications, and hardware
  • Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems
  • Install and test personal computers, printers, and other peripherals
  • Configure operating systems, load shrink-wrap programs, and other application software programs

**Requirements:**

  • Strong collaboration and teaming skills
  • High school education and 2+ years of IT technical support experience
  • Security Clearance - Secret clearance is required and must be maintained by the candidate
  • IAT Level I (Network+, A+, etc.) is required and must be maintained by the candidate

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • CompTIA A+ or better
  • 2 years minimum experience

**Work Environment:**

You will be working in a fast-paced technical environment, providing support for end-users, printers, and general file issues. You will be required to work with various technical systems and software applications.
