ROLE SUMMARY – Overview of Responsibilities

As a General Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your store, ensuring optimal performance across all operational areas. You will comply with relevant legal requirements, company policies, and risk management protocols. By leading and motivating your team, you will enhance customer experiences, contributing to improved store performance.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to lead, develop, and retain a highly engaged team, ensuring adherence to operational standards to deliver exceptional customer experiences that transform regular patrons into loyal guests. Ultimately, you will be responsible for achieving budgetary goals, meeting sales targets, and enhancing EBITDA through innovative company initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Your Duties

  • Operational Standards: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining store structures and enforcing hygiene, health, and safety regulations, achieving the highest local standards.
  • Performance Oversight: Responsible for driving sales and optimizing store EBITDA to meet or exceed established KPI targets.
  • Team Development: Engage and develop your team through personalized development plans, constructive feedback, in-store training, and team meetings, ensuring employee engagement scores meet or surpass benchmarks.
  • Customer Focus: Adopt a guest-first approach, fostering strong relationships within the local community in line with our brand principles, thereby enhancing guest loyalty and overall store performance.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate screening, selection, pre-boarding, and onboarding of team members, ensuring optimal team composition and a robust talent pipeline.
  • Leadership Alignment: Lead your team in accordance with company values and operational principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable leadership position.
  • Experience managing operations in a food and beverage environment is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
  • Proficient analytical and performance management skills.
  • A proven history of enhancing overall store performance.
