Position Summary:

The Front End Operations Leader is essential in overseeing the daily functions of the department to meet both departmental and store goals. Collaborating closely with the Assistant Front End Manager, this role emphasizes maintaining operational efficiency in alignment with Ready for Business (RFB) standards. Responsibilities include training and developing staff, enhancing performance, and fostering positive customer interactions. As a frontline leader, the Operations Leader addresses employee conduct and provides necessary guidance. They manage staff activities, including breaks and lunches, while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Engaging with customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly is also a key aspect of this role. Through exemplary customer service, they set a benchmark for the team while adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate training and development for staff members.
  • Foster employee relations and engagement.
  • Address customer or employee needs and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure adherence to food and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all administrative functions.
  • Uphold Ready for Business (RFB) standards.
  • Manage vendor, customer, and corporate relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience and familiarity with Asian products preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with calculators.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
