We're seeking a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader - Customer Experience & Outreach. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Empower the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Leadership: Collaborate with the Store Leader to establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations, driving sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach, teach, train, recognize, and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Sales and Performance: Focus on promoting and driving sales, acting as the Leader on Duty (LOD), and analyzing results through reporting to improve KPI results.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the management team concerning sales, customer feedback, associate training, and performance, participating in weekly store walk-throughs and follow-up as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: $28.00 - $43.75 Hourly, with opportunities for upward adjustments.
  • Benefits: Eligibility for bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives, as well as other compensation packages.
