Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and assist with patient triage effectively.
- Perform receptionist duties with a focus on quality service.
- Verify patient insurance details, provide education, and process payments.
- Ensure accurate entry of charges and collaborate with the billing department.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain vigilance at all times.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- No prior experience is necessary for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate Degree is desirable.
- Less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Certification such as CHAA is advantageous.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a day shift basis.
