Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Relations to join our Liquidity & Margin Services team in Japan. This role is pivotal in fostering and enhancing our client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement strategic plans to manage and expand existing client relationships.
- Oversee client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt responses to client inquiries.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Identify opportunities for business growth within client accounts.
- Provide consultative support to clients, guiding them in achieving their short- and long-term objectives.
- Manage the profitability of client relationships, adapting to varying complexities.
- Promote our services and solutions that align with client needs and drive account growth.
- Continuously assess client requirements to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reports on relationship strategies and outcomes.
- Contribute to the creation of team performance metrics and strategic roadmaps.
- Ensure effective onboarding and risk management processes for clients.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a preference for advanced degrees. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial services, particularly in relationship management or client services.
