Job Title: Vice President of Operations

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Vice President of Operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across our food service venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to our food service operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage a high-performing team of direct reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed operational targets, brand standards, and service metrics, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Lead the development and refinement of systems and standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve company goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful multi-outlet management experience in the contract food service industry, with a strong track record of achieving operational excellence.
  • A systems-oriented approach, with the ability to implement clear standards and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of understanding of front-of-house operations, customer engagement, and service orientation.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
